Cancellations can be requested up to 24 hours prior to shipment but will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee in order to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee when the initial transaction was made. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. By Requesting a Cancellation, You agree to these terms.

Handling time on orders may vary, 4-5 days at most if not sooner. We are a small operation so depending on order volume we will ship your items to you as quickly as we can! We appreciate your patience, understanding and support for our small business!

If you purchase items for additional items in your cart along with a PRE-ORDER item, all products will ship out on the PRE-ORDER date that is listed for that item.

I.E. If you PRE-ORDER an item that does not come out for 2 weeks, all the items that were purchased in that order will ship out with the PRE-ORDER item in 2 weeks.

If you do not wish to wait for non PRE-ORDER items, please add them to your cart and make a separate purchase.

If you choose to CANCEL a PRE-ORDER shipment, THE ORDER IS SUBJECT TO A 6% PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE. This 6% fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

For all of our local customers, we as of right now DO NOT offer Local Pickup or Delivery. Our business is 100% ONLINE.
