Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee in order to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee when the initial transaction was made. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please read before placing a Pre-Order...

When ordering a Pre-Order or (Back Order Item) on ThePebbySleeve, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order/Back-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order ships in 2 weeks, you'll need to wait 2 weeks for all the other items in that order. If you want non-pre-order items shipped immediately, please add them to your cart as a part of a separate transaction. Orders cannot be partially refunded/cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your preferred payment method immediately upon purchase.
